Title: So my crew is asking for more and I got good feedback so I obliged

Plus, this is something small that I do from time to time anyways to show my appreciation of the work they do and their dedication to the job.

I tell them all the time that my role is to recruit the right talent, train them, monitor their work progress, motivate and encourage them as well as make sure the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed but they are the real super stars that keep the our ship afloat. O0

Yep, these little things are enough to let them know that I'm thinking of them and appreciate their dedication the work that they do. Establishing a strong solid relationship is key for a team to thrive in my experience over the years. Being kind towards each other and having respect for one another are keys to building a strong relationship. O0

I totally agree, it can have a positive effect on the employees and build a stronger bond and relationship between the two sides. Myself and the supervisor don’t always see eye to eye, but I respect him because he have shown that he cares about rewarding hard working team.
