Title: Sold out so we went New York this time because it's still a good value

I prefer rib-eye cuts but Costco sold out so we got some NY strip cuts instead. It's still good though as it's also rated A5  O0:

The much cheaper American Wagyu version we see at the local Asian grocery stores is pretty good too but not as good as the A5 from Japan IMO so I'm willing to pay more for what I want  O0:
