Title: ProudLao, Reporter or perhaps even other PH members, what does the writing say?

I was too poor to afford school back in Laos so never learned to read in Laotian or Thai. Perhaps some members here can  ???...Per the context clues, looks like it's "20%" off of some kind of advertisement product or service...  ???:

Your page shows Thai writings because you have opened up some Thai ads, theking. Other
PHers who don't access Thai ads don't see Thai writings on their PebHmong pages. I don't have
those on mine.

Tried Google translate with Hmong and Spanish writing and it's a hit and miss so figured I see if anyone can read it on here.  ;D
