They are stupid and useless to the economy

I laugh at all these baby formula shortages and supply issue
This has been a long time coming
Im enjoying these moments
MANUFACTURING been look down upon sooo much
It’s catching up

Everyone just want to sit behind the computer and be the boss
time to learn how to operate CNC machine

Too much weed will make you hallucinate that you're at a job site but reality is you're just in the basement leeching off others...
And speaking of "make fun", no worst than when THAT GUY stole from the poor and then "make fun" of them by giving them "spoilage" food...

There is no shortage of incompetent people. It's just that every job is looking for competent people to fulfill those jobs. The problem these days is getting rid of those low performers or like I said, incompetent workers. One human resource complaint and it's like several managers/supervisors are suddenly not emphatic enough to be in their role of psychotherapis t buddy hugger.
It still takes skills to do simple jobs. Yet the workforce of this current society is seriously lacking in actual skills. How many culinary graduates can't even use a knife without cutting a fingernail? I mean it's a butter knife.
I personally can't do manufacturing/assembly type work cuz my hands would cramp up over repetitive tasks. That's me.

Comes from the top. Quantity over quality. Companies can get by with incompetent workers in mass. You just hire someone else.
Whereas you hire competent workers and then you're going to have to pay more, give them benefits and etc.
It all comes down to who gets their pockets lined; the workers or the owners. Prove me wrong?

Misinterpretat ion and misinformation, now tell us the genuine reason why there is a shortage and it’s not supply issues or shortage of workers?

It's ok Rock... Biden has declared war on baby formula shortage... Operation Fly Formula. With this declaration, he has authorized the Defense Dept to use commercial aircraft to fly in ingredients from over sea. If we are low on gas, he will declare war on gas, Operation Fly Gas
