..but not going to happen any time soon based on what I've seen recently from my travels. People are still pumping at a good rate:
Only one thing will send gas prices back below $4 a gallon, analyst says
Despite West Texas intermediate crude oil futures dipping below $100 per barrel on Tuesday, serious gas price relief may be unlikely happen until motorists make adjustments by driving less.
"I think the only thing that's going to make a dent in gasoline or jet fuel prices is demand destruction," Vectis Energy Partners principal Tamar Essner said on Yahoo Finance Live after being asked when gas prices may drop below $4 a gallon (video above). "So we have to push higher until we get to that point."
Consumers are beginning to see some pressure taken off their wallets when making their stop at the local gas pump, with the average price of regular unleaded gasoline dropping for the third straight week last week, but prices remain exorbitant as drivers haven't pulled back aggressively on travel.

Water is not a need. During the drought, a few cities were able to bond together to help conserve water. Our grasses died though but we helped out to reach the goal.

It is going down because the demand is lesser. I have co workers taking their ebikes to wk. This whole week, my gas budget is $0 because I chose to fly instead of driving like many others Americans who are flying with me for the holidays.
Perhaps it is the fear of a recession that drives it down?
It will continue to go down as long as the supply chain is not being interrupted.

I say to screw it, get pay $15 now n in 15 years, $30 an hour. You make that big money n your world will open up for you. You make that money n pump that money back into the Wisconsin economy where you will see that everything will now be cheap. Buy your neighbor house too.
