Title: Due to bride-napping, what about a Hmong only alert? Do we need 1 for each group

..I'm sure CJ, Bruce, etc., did not envisioned this when the Amber Alert was created almost 3 decades ago  ???:

New law creates California-wide alert to help find missing Black children and women

Gov. Gavin Newsom signed the bill, Senate Bill 673, officials announced Monday creating the Ebony Alert. It works similarly to the Amber Alert system, which activates electronic highway signs to post information about the missing person in a coordinated effort to locate the individual.

that's fine, but im not ebony so don't expect me to report if i see sighting of missing person..lols
