Woman spends 16 hours wedged in 12-inch cave opening, California rescuers say
It took hours for San Bernardino Sheriff's Office cave rescue team and CAL Fire rescue personnel to reach the woman. A 29-year-old woman was stuck in a 12-inch-wide "gap" in a cave in East County for about 16 hours before rescuers freed her late Sunday morning, a sheriff's official said.

Also used common sense and don't get lost as I've been to several gulch and some runs deep into the canyons. Plus, cell signal is pretty much non existent in many of those areas. A two way radio is good to have just in case:
