Title: Are these Brooklyn Park, MN women Laotian and/or Vietnamese?

Two women inside the Nissan were killed. Troopers identified them at 43-year-old Lea Khamphachanh of St. Cloud and 44-year-old Viengkhone Nguyen of Brooklyn Park

At least one of the tires went flying, striking a 2023 Nissan Rogue headed eastbound. Two women inside the Nissan were killed. Troopers identified them at 43-year-old Lea Khamphachanh of St. Cloud and 44-year-old Viengkhone Nguyen of Brooklyn Park.

Both first names are Lao.

Lea is a Lao name?

Last names sound like one is Lao and the other is mixed Lao-Viet.

No, that’s more like lie. Sap lie.

Lae sounds like Lair but without the R sound.
