Yeah, I don't think that Vette is gonna pass SMOG anytime soon. Those other crappy Dodge Colt looking cars didn't do too bad either at 8.5 and 7.5 seconds and probably cost way less than the Vette overall...

My In-laws just bought a 2015 Prerunner with a 4 cylinder for 28K. Paid cash.... I does drive nice but as you guessed, it's a bit gutless.

Yeah, if you're gonna go with the "Prerunner" trim, gotta go V6. It's too heavy for 159HP. I bet it's gonna struggle a bet going over that little climb on 50 east towards Shingle Springs when loaded.

I'm interested to see what Nissan will do to the next Frontier too. For a while there, it was the Taco and Frontier in the mid-size pick 'em up segment for the U.S. market.

People feared they may have to deal with that stupid kid/man on a crochrocket blowing through those in between lanes like he owns the whole damn road and putting others at liability risks cuz the law says he has the right to be there.

That can apply to any privilege, there's bad apples in just about every group no matter the activity. Just because one has the privilege of obtaining a driver's license doesn't mean that he/she can operate a vehicle properly, safely, and with care and courtesy toward other motorists sharing the roadways ...With that said, lane splitting makes more sense than not in heavy traffic areas.

Unavailable lane splitting previlidges in other states clogged traffic congestion even more. I can personally attest to this after riding coast to coast, north to south and many spots in between especially in places like the strip in Vegas. So lane splitting makes sense in heavy traffic because it's more efficient  :

Go Taco Pro!  Toyota jacked up the price to $40+ K on that thing though.  It is rediculous in my opinion.

Not sure how much Toy is asking for the new one 23 years later but the sticker of my '93 Toy truck was $23k. After tax, fees and finance, it became $30K in '93 money.

It was the most expensive 'compact' truck at the time and Toy dealerships had no problem moving it especially the 4x4 models. Besides selling well, Toy Taco tend to hold their values well.

I miss seeing manufactures actually put off road tires on '4x4' models like on my old Toy truck instead of these street tires ...Yeah the main reason is manufactures knows that many consumers buy 4x4 models but never take it off road so why waste money one more expensive off road tires.

I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the process of getting a license? Do you need a degree or do you just apply for the license? I know each state has different requirements.

Yeah, best to check with each state's requirements and school unified district's procedures ...and most if not all the needed info is readily available on the net.

I believe the competitions were not as stiff compare to the Jordan era. And it also depends on which generation you ask or talk to about who's the greatest.

Hard to say. Same can be said about Jordan's era compared to today's era too...just *depends* on who you ask. That's why there's no unanimous decision on who is the greatest of all time. Russell also collected 5 MVP awards along the way so in terms of strictly hardwares and make that the most prized one (championship), he would rule.
