I said I'd cure cancer. They looked at me like, 'why cancer?' Because no one thinks we can. That's why, and we can. We ended cancer as we know it," -Brandon

Yes, he lived up to his promises during this presidential campaign when he said he'll cure cancer when elected as POTUS. He has lived up to his promised... now, it's on to mental Health, he'll get that cured before he lives office - can't wait to celebrate that mile stone.
