the longest I was at a Job was 8 years. raises was like 5-10 cents every 6 months. and if you don't remind them, they'll pretend they forgot..lols I knew I was getting shortchanged, but I was naive and thought, I really feel like family here, the pay sucks but the boss is cool and the co-workers are nice..I probably wont find better people elsewhere...It wasn't until I realize okay, maybe the owner set a tone. a family friendly vibe, everyone gets along, they're not on your tail every second but they pay you crumbs...haha so yeah...i since learn how business work sometimes..if they don't want to or can't afford to pay you your worth either because they are cheap or they simply cannot afford to, they treat you well- to keep you staying. if they are paying you what they deem better than average, they will make you miserable for it unless you meet their standards, usually you have to be a jackass and be a jackass to those you supervise..lol s
yeah..I know casino workers like dealer's, housekeepers, are some of the lowest paying workers, comparing pay to revenue, it's beyond greedy and stingy...lols
