Macaulay Culkin Wipes Away Tears as He Reunites with “Home Alone” Mom Catherine O'Hara at Walk of Fame Ceremony

"Thank you for including me, your fake mom who left you home alone not once but twice, to share in this happy occasion," the actress said. Macaulay Culkin reunited with onscreen mom Catherine O'Hara three decades after Home Alone. As Culkin, 43, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday, O'Hara, 69, attended to give a speech at the ceremony, looking back at witnessing the actor evolve in the 33 years since 1990's Home Alone. "Home Alone was, is and always will be a beloved global sensation ... the reason families all over the world can't let a year go by without watching and loving Home Alone together is because of Macaulay Culkin."

Here's China Post's version:

Meet Macaulay Culkin’s fiancée and baby mama, Brenda Song: the Thai-Hmong-American Disney alum rose to fame with the Suite Life of Zack and Cody and used to date Miley Cyrus’ brother

Macaulay Culkin, one of Hollywood’s most famous former child actors, was just honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. While all eyes were on him, fans were also fawning over his enviable relationship with fiancée Brenda Song, and their two adorable kids, who were also in attendance to support their dad’s big day.

Both former child actors, Culkin, 43, and Song, 35, have been romantically linked since 2017, according to People.

Culkin gained fame as a household name through his roles in the beloved Christmas film series, Home Alone. However, for Disney Channel fans who came of age in the 2000s, Culkin’s partner Song is also a familiar face to many, and is known for her gig portraying London Tipton in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

Here’s everything you need to know about her.

Brenda Song is an Asian-American actress

Song, as noted by NBC, hails from Thai and Hmong descent. She gained widespread recognition primarily for her notable performances on the Disney Channel, particularly for her portrayal of London Tipton in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

She also starred in other kids’ films and TV shows like Get a Clue with Lindsay Lohan, That’s So Raven, Lilo & Stitch: The Series, Phil of the Future, Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior, Hannah Montana with Miley Cyrus, Wizards of Waverly Place with Selena Gomez, and The Suite Life on Deck, to name just a few.
In more recent years, she’s been in films like Netflix’s thriller flick Secret Obsession and Love Accidentally, a romcom. She has over 80 acting credits to her name, per her IMDB profile.

She played a role believed to be based on Paris Hilton

While Disney never officially confirmed whether The Suite Life’s character London Tipton was inspired by real-life hospitality heiress Paris Hilton, it’s difficult to overlook the very likely connection. Notably, both are named after major cities and share similarities: Tipton, like Hilton, is depicted as a hotel heiress with a strong interest in fashion.

Recently, Hilton welcomed a baby named London, causing a stir among fans. However, she clarified to E! News that while she admires London Tipton and was flattered by the character’s possible connection to her, her daughter’s name wasn’t directly inspired by the TV character. “I love London Tipton – I was so flattered when I heard that her character was based on me,” she said, “but I didn’t name my daughter after her.”
She has a black belt in taekwondo

Disney fans may also remember Song for her leading role in martial arts film Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior. But what many don’t know is that Song actually has a black belt in taekwondo, as per a New York Times article published in 2006.

She has A-list friends

Song hangs out with plenty of celebs that she’s either worked with or has a long history with. One of her longest known friendships is with Ashley Tisdale, a co-star on The Suite Life, and she is also good friends with her Dollface actress Kat Dennings. She also posts pics with A-listers like Shay Mitchell and Jenn Im.

She’s hardly aged!

Long time fans of Song will remember her charismatic energy and ever youthful complexion. And it seems like none of that has changed during her near two decades in the spotlight. She still looks pretty much the same as she did in her teens! And considering she’s the mother of two, it’s even more impressive to see how she’s barely aged.

How did Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song meet?

As former child stars, it’s hardly surprising to hear that Culkin and Song hit it off. According to Today, the lovebirds first met in 2013 when Culkin visited the set of Song’s sitcom Dads.

But it wasn’t until 2017, while filming Seth Green’s Changeland in Thailand, that they officially started dating, states the source.

Who else have Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song dated?

Culkin has been linked to some famous faces over the years. He married his ex-wife Rachel Miner in 1998 when they were both just 18, but the former couple called it quits in 2002, per Popsugar. The actor then started seeing That 70s Show alum Mila Kunis for eight years until they called it quits in 2010, followed by actor Jordan Lane Price.

Song, meanwhile, was engaged to Miley’s brother Trace in 2011, but they called it off a year later, states the same source. Their relationship spanned seven years.
