i'm just a basic knowledge car guy haha but i think i know what you talking about...that happens a lot to the older cars when the wheels were made of lesser quality metals, or just overall poorly designed..it was common for the older hondas..haha .it's just all the gunk and grime that gets trapped or build up between the wheels and rotor's hub surface. next time apply some all purpose grease on the surface before intalling back the wheels. and make sure the wheels' nuts are properly torque to specs. your car will run smoother and quicker..some people think it's just a placebo effect, but i think it's real...haha
i just use the torque and jack that comes with the car
but man, that tire rim, IT IS FUSE in there with rotor or something
