Actually, masks aren’t requirements there unless you’re talking about specific ones.  You don’t have to wear masks here, the ones that we’ve shopped at.  On the other hand, Menards does require a mask.  You’ll have to buy one at the entrance, if you want to shop there.

Perhaps not the ones there yet but it will be as it's been required for 85% of Home Depot stores nationwide already:

July 17, 2020
The Home Depot today announced that shoppers will be required to wear masks or facial coverings while inside all U.S. stores, beginning Wednesday, July 22. Small children or those who have a valid medical condition will not be required to wear a mask.

Currently, about 85 percent of Home Depot stores already require facial masks in compliance with local and state regulations, and all Home Depot associates are required to wear masks in stores, distribution centers and other locations.

Similar policy with Target:

Target will require all shoppers, except small children and those with underlying health conditions, to wear masks starting August 1. More than 80% of the chain's 1,800 stores already require customers to wear masks due to local and state regulations.

Sadly a Target employee sustained a broken arm in this incident in May but there are still too many idiots out there:

Man refusing to wear mask breaks arm of Target employee

Two men were arrested for felony battery after starting a fight with employees at a Los Angeles Target store over wearing masks inside the store.
