before you just saying i don't own a home and etc....

here's another one of my old photo... fruit tree i planted 5-7 years ago
forgot too long...

p=pebhmong
early spring so grass is kinda of coming back alive after the winter... buds on the tree



i bought the house back in during those 2008 housing crashes for like $30k-40k forgot the price...
might have to double check.... but it was dirt cheap

your boy ROCK was just coming off age

I don't like it when they raise the property value of my domicile.  It just means I'm paying more taxes.  It's still the same property and it ages and all.  I should stop fixing things and just it go.  Then maybe my value will drop and my taxes will drop too.

How much was the purchase price?  Yep, about the time you bought that property, it was a buyers market now it's a seller's market.

Don't sell unless you already have a second home to live in because it'll be hard to buy another one right now.

Yes, that's right.  I was looking at real estate the other day for a friend of a friend and about 80% of the home listed already have a pending offer.  A house near me was just on the market for a week and already have an offer.
