They don't want to spend money on minority like the WIC program for the poor. 

They don't know anybody personally that has a baby and are suffering.  Either that or they don't effing breed.

The journalist needs to be more accurate in his descriptions:

"All House Democrats supported the legislation, along with 12 Republicans who bucked their party leadership to support it. Four Republicans and one Democrat did not vote."

How is that to mean that "all House Democrats supported the legislation" when one doesn't vote?
