Tesla is not included because they’re Ev rebate end in 2019 and they sold enough EV cars to not meet the requirement. Musk was pushing for consumers to put pressure on Biden to include Tesla on that EV rebate in 2022. It would be hypocrite not to include Tesla if Biden is all for the Green Deal. So yeah, finally Tesla is included in the EV rebate.

I dont own Tesla shares, never would buy them so inflated. Their communter Model 3 is within $45,000 so its actually affordable for middle income. If I ever buy an EV within the next 3 years to offset gas price it would be a Tesla Model 3. Unless I rich then I spur on Lucid.
