Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov's son, Adam, who was appointed head of his father's security department at just 15 years old, was awarded a gold medal at the UAE SWAT Challenge competition in Dubai despite not even participating in the event, the CHTD Telegram channel reported, publishing a video from the ceremonial event.
