If rape justifies killing the baby, then how come the rapist doesn't get killed?

Why isn't the person who committed the crime also killed? After all, he is the one who committed the violence and created an unwanted baby.

Why should he get an opportunity to reform?

Why should taxpayers foot the bill for his room and board (jail)?

i think they should all be hang or shot on the spot
once the jury find  them guilty

this includes all murderer and violent crime
