the place is perfect. its next to Hoa Viet on Broadway. 
$450 a month. and that includes utilities. its a small studio house. pretty decent looking.
maybe i can put a deposit down and have him hold it 'til July. that would make more sense anyways.

the price was just too good. it was /pretty decent. but very dirty/ugly ouutside. the apt itself was nice but really small. it was like a motel room with a kitchenette. i could probably have a tv, coffee table, and a futon in there. NO BED. wtf? lol

i don't mind a studio as long as it fits a futon/couch ...and my queen size bed.
plus extra leg room to walk around.

i think ger and david should have stayed in the Cherrywood house. they are paying 1,050for a 2 bedroom house.
where at the Cherrywood it was only $1,200 and it was a 4 bedroom house.
