dude, one step closer to securing abother aoy.

anywho, i'm still amazed at how much me n my bro got fishing tourny's. had we saved it all, we could cash a new car. but too much bills to pay to be buying anything for my boat. will make due with what i got.

had to spend $150 on 2 transducers last wk for my units. i busted the troller one when prefishing bald eagle, went too shallow, lol, n finally replaced the rear one from busting it on pepin. n shit, i also have 2 new trolling props that i can't use. bought them for my 101 but were the wrong ones. waited too long to install n don't have the receipts anymore, son of bish >:(. other than that, will probably buy some more 1/2oz n 3/4oz jigs.

thnx phocy, next one is tonka, since u fish tonka alot so u should have a real good shot at winning this one. i'm just gonna wing it like every tourny so far. i haven't been putting the time to prefish enough this yr. hmm, maybe that's it, i may have put too much time into it last yr when i should layoff of it some bcuz it seems to be working, lol.

Rick, i can't even sit down anymore.  Getting my ass handed to all summer!

Spent a few hours on Tonka.  What a pile of crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They had a tourney out there yesterday not sure who.  Heard Capras were out there so must have been big.

caught lots, nothing of size.  biggest went 2lbs.

if i ever feel like catching a 5 lbs bass, i'll just head to one of the small local lakes, like phalen or something. these tourny lakes hardley yield 5 lbs. but oh well, don't need 5 lbs to win anyways.

Tonka can be a tough lake depending on the conditions. I would say stick around bays with a lot of milfoil/vegetation and you should be able to catch panfish/bass all day.

lastly, Don't get lost on Tonka! Bring a map!
