Jason, I think the tessara would be a great crank/spinner rod.  It has the parabolic action of crank rods with a glass composite material.  Have you looked at the Vendetta??  They are made by the same company, the vendetta feels good for the price (similar to tessara)  I'm looking for a few crank rods in a mh-h.   :)

I just got done talking to a co-worker that fishes FLW as a non boater, gives me great ideas to try on pool 3.  I'm looking forward to going!!!!!  April... :D

caught another one around 3lbers and lost one 3 lbers.

In cali, there are water pumps everywhere.  Them farmers would releases them pumps to get them delta water ways to their farms and when them pumps are going, expect all types of critters be sitting ducks there for a free meal.

All were released for the spring time spawning season.  Still not a lunker so no pix but when I do catch another 6+, I will share pix for sure.  I will start bringing my camera with me while fishing unless uncle joe smith wants to eat them for dinner.  High in toxin I objected but if uncle wants to die early, go right ahead.

Fish on.
