I ain't ever cooked one before...

I hear some people filet em and then soak em in milk for a while then cook it up....

Fillet, batter fry, get sum buns and cheese, add fillet to buns, add tarter sauce and u've got a great tasting sandwich!!!!  12inch lmb=Sandwich!  O0

Personally, anything big don't taste as good as a smaller sandwich size one except sturgeon, paddlefish n catfish. Didn't say it didn't tast good, said not as goood, but still good.

Will/Rick... any of you guys doing Big Marine? I've never been on it before. Might try to make time to go check it out this weekend... if i don't feel good about it then i'll probably skip it and do TCHB's tourney on St Croix instead.

It's an ok lake, hit up that big hump just outside of the island. It produces good 3lbs. The lake yields 6lbs yrly around there. Other than that, mid teens will put u in the money if not win.

The bass on the south end of the lake are totally in the slop.

The east bay of the lake is a little tough but long casts in the cabbage stuff can get you some hefty fish.
