went out to a small sw metro lake yesterday n caught 6 good bass, all in the 4lbs range....... of course along with some tiny ones thrown in for a mix too. take the top 5 n 20lbs+ avg.

we should have a tourny there as single amongst just us, winner takes the money n we go out to eat afterwards... ;D O0

thanks for the invite. I'm picking up a ram mount i ordered on monday. a shop is gonna show me how to install it as a mount for the trolling motor so there's no free play when i'm in rough water. Bout time I do this because I always have pins and shit falling half way out after a rough water ride. Any of you tie down your trolling motor?

i have a strap that holds down the heavy motor so mine doesn't unlatch, but the head does bounce in rough water. i think they sell them things at cabelas or something, very simple to install. measure n drill holes. this looks to be a piece if cake compared to ur recessed troll.

oh... u didn't get the invite >:D :-X

anytime as long as it's sun-tues
