why does the water have to go down to chase them whitefish for?

Because once the water level is down then the ramps will open and I can run WOT instead of crawling and looking for the pack

I currently have a rope and rock. I see no use for a Talon or PP right now.

I might do tonka saturday. I'll probably be out there more for scanning and tracking structure/cover than fishing for crappies. I'll let you know Bass_Blaster if we find any crappies.

Ok, let me know b/c I basically took the guys out Sunday and all they got out of it was a numb face. Lots of boats, a few locals but no one landed fish. I refused to get skunked that day and went to the Croix.

This afternoon, my bro-in-laws are planning to shore fish in Hudson for pannies and WB. I asked them to see if the ramps are opened and give me a report. I'll post when I hear something.

I think those things are useful for tournament guys like you guys when fishing shallow and trying to hold position on windier days. Beats throwing the anchor out and pulling it back in or running your troller potentially spooking bass.

Just wondering because you guys are bass anglers with boats.

it saves TM life.  mainly for someone that doesn't run 101's.  It holds your position well fishing in any shallow situation.  Its a great tool.

and it isn't just for tournament guys  O0
