no problem, I fund my own hobbies  O0

You're obviously not married cause if you were, you'd know....there's only OURS in a marriage.   ;D

What about time?  Does she complain about you being out on the water too much and too often?

How would you guys feel if your wives/GFs had a hobby that was just as pricey as your fishing?

They already do. Its called "SHOPPING". Each year, during tax season, we round up are expenses and guess what? They wife's hobby far exceeds mine but the secret is to not say anything.

I've never let anyone stop me from enjoying my hobbies especially if it comes to a SO.  When there is a family event or something that I have to attend than yes I will not make my fishing\hunting trip but other than that, there hasn't been anything that stops me yet.  O0

LOL

Following me is like the blind leading the blind but I am up for it! LOL

It cost me 80 bucks to fill up my tank at $3.96 a gallon. That was 3/4 tank. Towing from Menomonie and back took a little more than half a tank that's like 13 gallons. 150 miles / 13gallons = 11.5mpg not too bad actually...I was expecting much worse. luckily boat was still full of gas from last year

I gave my GF a calendar for the summer. Almost every Saturday and some Sundays are booked. She has to plan our events around that schedule.

Not all women like to shop as a hobby.  Just a FYI.   ;D

I haven't been to the lake yet so you'll be guiding a blind of course. Will has been to the lake before so you will be my front eyes and Will will be my back eyes. I think we are set. I'll bring the two sets of ropes.

Well, if she doesn't have a hobby, why not take her fishing with you?

I have a 47gallon tank in my boat. I filled it up completely last year and seafoamed it before winter...

I don't force my GF to like Fishing just like she doesn't force me to go shopping with her...LOL

I hate shopping and she hates fishing...that is our "alone time"

LOL

I try to but usually have like 30 some gallons left so I just fill it up.

The DF140 I have gets awesome gas mileage. I probably won't have to get gas for about a month.

My tank is only a 30 gal tank. I only fill it with about 3-4 gallons and add some stabil then burned it on the first outting.

Yep, my wife is not a big fan of fishing and I'm not a big fan of shopping so we make deals.  :2funny:
