I think they have a chance but they have to have the perfect day.

If you look at the top anglers for the classic it is almost always the same guys. These guys fish Tonka probably every over weekend and only fish tourney's on Tonka. Alot of those guys fish the Denny's Wed nighter and the Denny's Super 30 which are all on Tonka.

I really do hope that they (Khang Bros or any other hmongsters) win it.

Personally If I counted my 8 best fish on Tonka it would equal around 33lbs....that's over like 4 years time...LOL so for me to go out and try to catch 28 - 29lbs in one day...is not very likely....

The way I see it is, you'll be in contention for the title or top 10 when you can go to tonka on any given day and 7 times out of 10, catch your limit of 3-4 pounders consistently.

Every boat has co anglers...cept for the elite club...you'll have to find someone who has a boat and just tell him to come out and fish...

Hmmm. I do know a few die-hard bass anglers with boats down here. I'll have to talk to them about it.

Exactly... i'll need to bring out the binoculars too... along with a map of tonka so I can mark spots down as I see them. hehe... Let's do it Jimmy! we should bring ur boat so it'll look like we're just out there walleye fishing.. they won't think anything of us as we sloooooowly roll by them!

lol... we'll just both hold our rods out as we roll by them.. make it look like we're trolling... they might just have a weird expression on their face as to why we are trolling in 3 feet of water out on a milfoil bed.. hehe.
