If you want to bed fish. Use a 5 inch worm and wiggle it in the bed..
Think of it...why do people sit in one spot all day with live bait and not catch anything?
What do you guys recommend for a bass rod under $100? Looking to have a rod/reel setup for bass jigging and spinner baits/buzz baits.I'm looking to get a 7ft E21 Carrot Stix Wild Rod (M or MH)
That's it? I like to bust out 8inches and wiggle...

Because that's how we're all taught to fish when we were young.
its not how long the worm is, its how long you let it sit in the bed and wiggle it.. haha..Because, it doesn't matter if its a 4inch worm or 9 inch worm, the bass will bit the head end first.
Jigs work for everything. If you want to bed fish. Use a 5+ inch worm and wiggle it in the bed.. NO HOMO.. haha
git a ugly stick most sensitive rod in the whole wide world.
I'm not a big fan of the Carrot stix and I hear lots of bad reviews about the old ones. I hear the new ones are better and not brittle. I don't know much about them but I'm sure they're better, decent rods now. I go with a MH. Best thing to buy one is by feel. Have one guy hold the tip while you try to lift it up. Don't go by specs, that's like buying a car without test driving it.
Fly, big bait big fish. Just like Big Feet=Big Socks
