Getting back in shape again. I lost some during summer when I had the extra time to exercise but gained a little back and I'm starting to lose again. Weighed myself today before swim class....132. I've changed up my daily routine and little changes here and there. Instead of parking at the parking lot and taking the bus to school, I'm parking around campus and walk to class. Plus swim class twice a week and a little exercising at home. My goal is to get to 125. I've always been one who watches what I eat so food is not a problem. Well I'll keep track of it on here and we'll see if I can get to my goal by the end of the year.
