An 18-year-old woman was struck by an alleged drunk driver Tuesday night while she crossed the street in St. Paul.
Yungjen Vang was on Summit Avenue at Cretin about 10:15 p.m. when a car traveling south on Cretin turned onto Summit and struck her, according to police reports. Vang was transported to Regions Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A 56-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI.
