Getting close to my time to disappear for a bit.  Sometime next month, maybe after labor day.  I gots to get back on track whether my left shoulder is fully healed or not.  I'm far beyond my bulking phase, more like an excuse to eat lol.  I'll still be here in the morn,  just trolling like usually or posting up a piece here and there.

It has to be yo.  It's mandatory that I get off my ass and hit the gym.  I was sitting and letting my shoulder heal for months now.  That is why y'all have seen me around PH during the late afternoons and evenings otherwise I'll be at the gym.  I'll be here in the mornings like usual so it won't be so bad.  Would you rather see a fat me or a semi-muscular/slim me?
