Justice for Caylee

Has the world forgotten you now
Have the memories of your precious moments
become just a thing of the past
Has your name become forever synonymous
 with a child’s death
Did the state of Florida turned its back
to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
your life, your liberty, and your pursuit of happiness
Have the men and women of the jury gone completely mad
My heart just sank when I heard the not guilty verdict
Truth be told, no shame behind these tears, I was sad
What about your grandparents, where are they at
I could see behind the mask
Jose Baez he wasn't glad
it was just a job he had
But this one question I just have to ask
Is your mom now living the good life

This is so sad. I was very upset too when the verdict was "not guilty," but we live in a world where justice is only served with evidence states so. Above all, she's probably in a better place and in better hands.
