I am experiencing so much joy each day and each moment that I no longer have a need for habits that will slow me down.  I will give up consuming alcoholic beverages, outside of weddings and funerals.

1. I see no purpose for its use.
2. It will lead to numbing of my sense of logic and deterioration of my will and understanding of peace and happiness.
3. It will poison my body and defeat my intention for joy in each moment.
