Last night I dreamed that I went to Spokane or Seattle, WA and there catching fish was really easy......Beca use as fish like to swim up stream, they have an artificial cascade for the fish to swim up which dead ends.  Then suddenly they turn off the cascade and the fish are just trapped there waiting for anyone who wants it.  I wonder what it means.
