July 17, 2016This took me by surprise because I haven't been tracking my progress as I kept up with my routine and diet. I haven't been working as hard as I wanted it was difficult to feel the changes in me. But I got dressed for a conference and everyone was telling me I lost a lot of weight! So I had to weigh myself this morning and so far, I've lost a total of 100 pounds!! It took a long time to reach this day but I am finally here! Sometimes, I feel like quitting because weight loss is taking too long but then I tell myself that just a little more and you'll be under 200 and after that you'll be at your weight loss goal! I hope this photo will inspire everyone to stick to their goals!
March 1, 2016Here's another update. I began a daily exercise routine, incooperating cardio and strength training, alternating days, reduced my blood sugar medication, which causes weight gain, at the end of spring of 2015, when my demanding school schedule came to an end. Not before long, I started having knee pain and had to take it easy. At that point, I only played badminton and diet. I can see now, how great I look in clothes.
May 1, 2015I suffered many set backs in 2014. It is just a little over year since I had my emergency appendectomy. I really had to not sweat for about 3 months for my incisions to close up completely. And then I suffered a sprained knee from exercising, in December and had to take another 3 months off. But here's my progress, still taking it day by day.
