How come when I'm on a call, I can't browse my apps at the same time?!

depending on the carrier. i believe verizon and sprint will not allow that if NOT on wifi. ATT will let you do that. Correct me someone if i am wrong.

Yes, it depend on which carrier you have. Gsm carrier such as AT&T will allow you to talk and use data at the same time and CDMA carrier like Verizon only allow talk or data use by itself.
