What were some of the books you read as a kid?

I really enjoyed reading (off the top of my head):

Anne of Green Gables
Betsy, Tacy and Tib series
Babysitter's Club Babysitter's Little Sister
Boxcar Children

i was a winnie the pooh kid.  the thought of a cute bear sitting in a chair in a quiet home was appealing to me.  just seems so peaceful.
