I'll have to load up the rest of the other stuff I made through the week.
Lele, these are lovely. For some reason I find crocheting so challenging. You've inspired me to try again.
Thank you! I learned how to do it on youtube and I just pick random patterns I find, and see what stitches I don't know and I youtube it and try doing the stitches until I'm comfortable with them. Super easy. I always tell my coworkers to start off with the big yarn (Super Bulky or Category 6) and big crochet needle (US Size P) until you are comfortable on using the smaller needles.
I just learned how to crechet and am loving it!!! I self-taught myself by watching YouTube.
So far, I've only done beanie hats and scarves.
These are what I've crocheted so far. Didn't take pics of my scarves.
I can't view them on my computer at work. Will look at home later. I've made two other hats through the week and then I also made my mom a hat and scarf for her which she absolutely just loves and said they look so much better than the ones you buy at the stores and last week, at Joann's there were 50% off coupons which I stocked up on yarn and her hat and scarf ended up costing only $5! You would of paid nearly $30 - 50 for a nice scarf and hat at Macy's or any department store. The hat and booties I made for my coworker's baby was only $.65 since I got the yarn with the coupon for only $2.00 and I only used a third of the yarn. Cheapest gift ever and is still beautiful and personalized.
