Thoughts inside my head

I remember you used to call me your lady
now we can't even be in the same room without driving each other crazy
Sometimes when I'm in the kitchen cutting meat with a knife
I ponder about taking my own life
But then I think about my kids and how they would be so alone
Without me here, they'd probably starve to bones
Sometimes I think about how did I get here
Maybe it was the cloudy judgment that I didn't see clear
I remember days when I would sit in the room and cry
No comfort from you, you just left me there without saying goodbye
And now you wonder why I feel so much pain
because you put fu.cked up words in my brain
I already feel like I have no worth
but then you came along and made it much worse
making me feel like dirt
I wanna be wiped out from the earth

Who knew how much these words could hurt someone? Being a women, I am self-conscious about my looks/weight. This comment alone made me delete all my photos yet it gave me motivation to lose 10 pounds. Of course this was said over a yr ago.. but throughout that yr, I've come to realize that I didn't need someone to tell me I look hott or needed to shed a few pounds.. Because I am beautiful in my own way. Well, that's what I want to believe anyway. lol
