Every year around this time, Happy Mother's Day falls to the wind
and no one hears and forgives our sins
and our troubles are just held with in.
Around this time I think of you from time to time
I wish you hadn't left and dwelled in our sorrowful minds
I look to the heavens and I ask why or why
When I needed you the most , you where nowhere to find
Back when youth was ignorance and age was stupidity
you were there with your words of wisdom and stability
you did your best for loved ones everybody
and never asked for anything
but still I knew there was something you were missing
I wish wisdom has set in earlier for this lonesome soul
because if it did, everything, you would know
and away from our sides you wouldn't go
if only this future I had forseen long long ago
things I would do change and do differently truely so
