Does anyone use VIM?

J/C.

I'm thinking of dl-ing it but haven't had the courage.  It's been so long since I've used vi so I will definitely be stiff with vim.

I use VIM.  Most powerful text editor.  You can do everything without ever lifting your fingers from your keyboard.

I hate track pad and sometimes the mouse.  So VIM lets me avoid them as much as possible.  In fact, I have the track pad turn off in the bios.

vi/vim is a must-have for anyone using any *nix OS.

For me, if you don't know vi, don't expect to be anything higher than a Jr. level. :D

What do you do that you can use vim without the need of your mouse?

I'm looking to use it for some coding but I still need my mouse/wacom tablet to do the graphics.

Good to know.  Thanks.
