The owner will require to interview two outside minorities, AP will have proper interview for the job as well. He’s a great fit for the players at the moment but if Jim Harbaugh becomes available that would be hard to pass up.

I believe it will be better now that they have hired a new GM, Tom Telesco and a new coach AP.
