Does this happen to anyone else?

Sometimes when I try to upload pictures on instagram, after I filter it and get ready to to load, the picture doesn't show up correctly. It's blotchy.

What a shame. Perhaps other folks will be able to see and assist me then.

Are you serious? This is a new phone. 

I just did that. Still doesn't work.

No. I have the S4. I just noticed this problem last night. I think my phone automatically installed the update.

I realize now that instagram still works as long as I don't use any filters.

Maybe. 

I have other apps downloaded but have only been using my regular phone camera to take pictures. I find that sometimes instagram takes too long to shoot a picture and it comes out blurry. It's easier to use the camera phone and then upload to instagram later.

That happened to me.  I had to uninstall and download again.  Instagram's camera is slower than others.

Same here too.  Thus, I don't use instagram's filter much.  I also have an issue where when I try to use the filters, the filter choices would do a disappearing act so I can't even choose the filter I want.  It's an issue with Instagram and android phones.

That's what dot suggested. I did unistall and reinstall but it's still a problem.

Ever since I upgraded to the latest Galaxy operating system it hasn't worked correctly.  I've even uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help.
