my being picky and cheap is getting the best of me
« on: May 18, 2014, 04:31:46 PM »
after a year I haven't make an offer on any house.  I am too cheap and too picky.

I want a $100k house that looks nice.  So far, that is not happening.

I read that picky people are usually never happy.  It's the one that just make a choice and stick with it.  Simple people are so much happier.  Why do I have to be so complicate?

indecisive people often miss the opportunity... they often regret on the should'ves, could'ves.

I do agree with this statement.  People need strong emotion to be decisive.  Some people just don't feel so strongly about any decision to make a decision.  Should we call them indifference?

You are right.  I shouldn't expect so much for a $100k.
