Anyone know where I can purchase cheap art supplies such as pastels/pastel oils? I know of Blick Art Materials but where else?

I always purchase various art supplies from this website. If you register as a member of the club then you may purchase one or two their supplies much cheaper than non-members do. Anyway non-member section still cheap too.

Wal-Mart, Michael's, Ellis, Staples, Office Depo are only stores I know that sell cheap art supplies.
