Made goulash for the first time

I have always wanted to try this recipe so I gave it a go and it was amazing!  I could eat this all day every day for the rest of my life.  Of course I wouldn't 'cause, you know, but I wish I could. 



Over rice:


And my favorite way: over creamy and buttery homemade mash potatoes:

It definitely is autumn weather food.  Great for family gatherings because it makes so much.
