We finally have a smart Democrat... We all (Republicans, Independents and even some Democrats) knew this law was a piece of crap but Pelosi and the Dems wanted to shoved it down American's throat. Gov. Dayton said,"The reality is the Affordable Care Act is no longer affordable for increasing numbers of people." Minnesotans are facing double digit increases for these Obamacare plans as insurers are running away from it. Remember that Gov. Dayton was a strong supporter of Obamacare and even proudly proclaiming that the law is working in Minnesota. Ironic that now, he's the first major Democratic governor criticizing it.

I know you are saying, health care is affordable if you just don't buy health insurance.  That's like 0 is better than 8 because 8 is not 10. 

How is healthcare affordable?  My insurance through work costs more than my mortgage.  My mortgage plus property tax is $750 and my health insurance premium is $800 a month.  Obamacare was not the ultimate solution because republicans won't allow it.  Until the government can control the healthcare costs, we will not be able to buy health insurance even through our employer anymore.  It will lead to a healthcare system that is not servicing anyone other than the very rich.  But you don't care because you like not having health insurance.

I was never happy with the Proposal in the first place. I'm all for destruction of private insurance companies.

Obamacare was designed to fail because the Leftist agenda is to ultimately put Americans on socialized healthcare. Once our healthcare is compromised and controlled by the government (ran by a Leftist ideology), it is much easier to usher in complete socialism on the American public. The architect behind Obamacare, Ezekiel Emanuel, is a big time Leftist socialist.

Once upon a time the Democrat party wasn't that far too the left. But their political party has been compromised and many Liberals are leaving. Only leftist nutjobs and socialist-minded minorities remain.

A majority of minorities come from socialist cultures - ahem Hmong - which is why they favor this ideology. They don't foresee the inherit evilness of socialism despite having fled from such countries. This is exactly why I want tougher vetting system on immigration. America should let in only those cultures which mostly resembles western culture and embodies individualism. Too many of these socialist cultures are ruining America.

What some people fail to see Republicans are a bunch of crooks who have NO real plan other than biitching about Obamacare.  Insurance premium kept going up and up and up and up before Obama's Administration put Obamacare into law.  Yet, these idiots kept bittching like they have a real plan to address the insurance premium issue.

At least now  can rest assure that those bbibiichtches who biitcchhed and complain about Obama care will have something in place should they suffer a stroke or a massive heart attack that left them unable to work and no insurance company is willing to wipe their asrsses.  Keep on bittching cuz you'll need it someday.

Here is an editorial piece from the VERY LIBERAL AND PROGRESSIVE, LEFT-LEANING "CHICAGO TRIBUNE" about the failure of Obamacare.

But the good news is that we won't have to subsidize these sick people anymore. If the far left like YAX and can get their way, these sick people will be able to elect "euthanasia".
