Let's talk abortions
« on: October 13, 2016, 10:01:43 AM »
I'm not a Democrat or Republican
I'm in the middle

If you don't have  your period for 1-3 months
And found out you are pregnant
I'm fine with you getting abortion within those early stages

But I do have a problem
Once you are pass the 22++weeks
At these really almost late stages where the baby is already developed
And just waiting to get big enough and come out

That's a no no no for me

I watch a video
You can Google it
The baby is in the final stage
Ready to come out
The mom did an abortion
The doctor grab the legs and body.
Cut off the neck
Went in there to get the rest of the head because head is too big

Here the video
Warning: EXTREMELY GRAPHICS
WATCH ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE HEART

It's not so much whether the mom  has the right to abort. It's more of how the doctor can be so insensitive as to cut off the baby's neck.

The doctor took an oath to help patients

Question is: do we want the woman to raise an unplanned or unwanted child?  Say, if she got raped and has to raise the rapist's child or if she's still underage and got impregnated by her lover but she knows she is incapabke of raising the child yet.

That deals with the right issue.

Then when is the procedure appropriate? At conception? Up to how many months? Etc.
What would I say? Lol

I say...leave it to the woman.  if she wants abort or keep, her choice.

if I'm the baby daddy and she's carrying, I would still support whatever decision she makes.  i just hope it's the best for the both of us.

I would assume after the 1st month you'd want to know. 3 months though? That's putting yourself into a position where whatever decision you make, you're not going to end up being happy with.

Those are 2 different question you're asking. And neither of them have a definitive answer. Although I would say late term abortions might be hard to justify. What makes a person change their mind at such a late stage of pregnancy? I can only assume medical reasons but beyond that...?

here's my take on this.  I'm against abortion.  hell yeah, I am.  a little background on me.  the wife and I, we have 3 kids.  we lost one due to being a still born.  the hurt, at the time, instance was too much.  I pray and cry, cry and pray that she would be okay.  at the end, we lost her.  I would not question God as to why.  (another story, another time.)  if you are not ready to be a parent, then don't phuck.  if you must, wear protections.  I'm not going to watch your video.  Not because, I'm scare or have a weak heart.  If I watch it, it'll make me very angry.  And I rather not.

This is what confuses me too. You KNOW sex with someone might get you pregnant, why not use protection?

We're not all hillbillies and back country boys and girls, hmg. That's not new or is it news. And I would be less confrontationa l if I wanted members to weigh in. Whether they agree or not, being right or wrong remains indefinite to many.

Yeah. Two. Three.

I think some women are just undecisive and so they prolong the time. At first, they think of abortion. Then they feel they love the child. Then they feel guilty about the whole process. Then they also feel they don't want the child but they still love their baby. By the time they have decided, it's a few months into the conception and development already.

Tough decision for the woman.

You mean like "[A]ll men are created equal..."?

That means no woman is.

It always seems to be men who wants to shove their beliefs about abortions down other people's throat.  Quite Ironic.

Reminds me of that meme awhile back about expecting men to create legislation for women.
