How do you make kapiak noodles and questions.

What is the ratio of rice flour and tapioca flour (or whatever flour you use)? What does it mean if your noodles break when you put them into the pot? Is it normal for leftover kapiak to be dry?

I use one bag of rice flour and one bag of tapioca flour, with two cups of hot water. Pour a little at a time to mix, when the dough is soft, itís good.

The noddles will break into smaller pieces once itís boiled. Avoid stirring too much.

Itís normal. Put some wet towel over it so it wonít dry up.
