Do you agree?

When do we see a person who actually looks like his or her photo on FB or on a business site?

I'm no exception.

It s ok to say the word fat.

Over fat is a term I heard while watching the Dr. Oz show.  There is a body test to see if one of over fat.  It is done with a math equation like your waist times something something against your height.

I had never heard of "nqaij qab zib" until a few decades ago in Minnesota.

Too much sugar intakes. Too few workouts.

I think the genes are there.  At the right time, it can triggers it and blow up a Hmong person.

Like my deal is I find them thin but after dating some n feeding them good, they blew up.  Now what am I suppose to do with a situation like this?

Can't dump people cuz they got fat, that's just wrong.  Well when I was at the gas station, I bought Coke for myself and a bottle of water for the over fat girl.  Hope she is not offended.

I am seeing a lot more bald hmong men comparing to the older generation. They are loosing hair at the faster rate.

True. That's never been in our genes before.

Blame it on the women for giving stress.

Sweet pork is a killer. I highly suggest that people use less sugar when making this dish.

while i agree that as a whole, our society is obese... among the various asian ethnic groups that exist here... yeah, hmong folks are short, stubby, and tip the scale... i have yet to see a whole group of fat viets... i wonder what their secret is... lol!

yesterday, i played against a team that have og players dating back to my yesteryear... man, some of them who are younger than me by slightly a couple yrs... and some who are older than me by slightly a couple yrs... they got big... they can still ball, don't get me wrong but they blew up...

Facebook pics vs. the real individuals is like days and nights.  There was an article that discussed the fake social media images ( e.g. Facebook, Instagram, yt,...) and the indirect negative impact that has on young souls.  If people would post more natural pics that reflect own true beauty instead of fake fluffy ones will sure help those young souls  :-*.  It is safe to say that it ain’t gonna happen for the majority of the people on this planet   :2funny:

Depends on the "pics" and the "individuals" as some are like "days" and day and some are "nights" and night...and some are like "days and nights"...

If you're gullible enough to fall for it then, you are also to be blamed for your own ignorance...si nce those things are common knowledge...

I'm not sure what it is..

I can't pin point it..

Maybe it really is diet?

The hmongs in laos aren't overweight..

The hmongs in papa new guinea aren't overweight..

The hmongs I met in france aren't overweight as well..

The hmongs in america though... we are overweight..

I didn't see bald hmongs in france...

If you look at papa new guinea, you don't see bald hmongs either..

Or in laos..

Yes there may be some bald and overweight ones in thos places but they are far and few in between..

So could it just be what's in our food?

I don't know...

But yes, we all must eat better and work out!

Becuase are a bit chunky over here in america..

I went through all 15k posts and those 2 quotes I found were the only ones so I guess that would make it "everytime".  Feel free to go through all 15k posts and verify by quoting them all.  You need to quote them all to verifying prove "everytime".   Please verify that Im wrong.

I hardly eat anything in those round vertical pots. At most, I eat the eggs. But that's it.

Sweet pork is a killer. I highly suggest that people use less sugar when making this dish.
